A proper guided Vinyasa practice. Commence with an appropriate breathing, it works the flow slowly to develop strength and mindfulness into the movements and postures of the practice. Based on alignment and as the practice progresses we will learn to enter a variety of different postures in an enjoyable, fun and a safe manner. We will learn some of the most useful Pranayama excersies (breathing techniques).
Duration of a lesson: 75 min
Please take with you: comfortable clothing and your own yogamat (if you do not have one, there are spare ones available in Prostor 8)
