Flow Acrobatics
Flow Acrobatics: DRILLtheDRILL is an weekly acrobatics session combining Floor Acrobatics and Floorwork (a dance technique focused on interaction with the floor). The session combines light conditioning – both strength and flexibility – followed by basic Floorwork patterns in combination with Soft Acrobatics. Accessible for beginners and intermediate. Come to sweat, trust the body and awaken your acrobatics skills.

Kurz je určen pro všechny, kteří mají základní pohybové dovednosti.
Organizační informace
Termíny kurzu: 22.9 + 29.9 Trial classes
každé úterý 9:30-11:00, semestrálně v termínech 6.10.26 ~ 16.2.27 a 23.2.26 ~ 22.6.26 (vždy 18 lekcí)
Cena kurzu: 5900,- Kč za semestr nebo 4900,- Kč pro studenty
